Signing in

• Synap is invite-only during the beta. Sign in with the email you were invited with, or with Apple, Microsoft or Google using that same email.
• With Apple, choose Share My Email. Hide My Email gives Synap a different address, which is not on the invite list.
• No sign-in code? Check spam, and wait a minute before asking for another.

iPhone app

• Pull down on any screen to reload it.
• To bring in people from your iPhone, open Imports and tap Choose iPhone contacts. You review every match before anything changes.
• Card scans and dictation ask for the camera and microphone the first time. You can change this in the iPhone’s Settings, then Synap.

Your data

• Download everything in Synap from Settings, then Account, then Export.
• Delete your account from Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Your account and every workspace only you are in are deleted right away. See the Privacy Policy for details.
